- 6 cups plain popcorn, popped
- 1/4 cup butter
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1 Tbsp corn syrup
- 1/4 tbsp vanilla
- 4 oz mini marshmallows
- 1 cup toasted coconut
- additional sprinkles of your liking
In a sauce pan, melt butter, brown sugar, corn syrup, and vanilla until bubbling. Stir in marshmallows and combine.
Pour sauce into a large bowl filled with the popcorn and toss to evenly coat.
Spread mixture out onto wax paper and top with coconut and additional sprinkles if using.
Allow to set for 20-30 minutes.
