Re-Play products are dishwasher safe. We suggest cleaning our silicone No-Spill valves and Soft Spouts by hand using anti-bacterial soap and warm water.

Yes! Re-Play products are made from recycled HDPE and Polypropylene plastics and are BPA and BPS free.  

Yes! Re-Play products have been tested microwave safe. However, use in the microwave may cause staining to the material which is not covered under our manufacturer warranty. We recommend microwaving no more than 20 seconds at a time on Low.

Our priority #1 is always to make the safest solutions for our children! Our insulated water bottle has been subjected to extensive lead/cadmium testing and our product has passed the following standards: 

• California Proposition 65: Passed (Consent Judgment No. CGC-436429)
• Canada Consumer Products Containing Lead Regulations (SOR/2018-83)
• U.S. FDA Regulation 21 CFR Part 177.1520 Clauses (c)(1.1) on Polypropylene
• Illinois Lead Poisoning Prevention Act (410 ILCS 45)

Yes ! Our products are made from Polyethylene and Polypropylene. Some components are made from Silicone. All of these materials are inherently free of phthalates and we do not add any phthalates to our products.

Re-Think It feeding and drinking products are made primarily from hard plastics commonly known as Polyethylene or Polypropylene. Some components are made from a soft material known as Silicone.

These materials inherently do not contain either BPA or Phthalates. We do not add either of these chemical elements to any of our products, and we do not manufacture our products in a way that would create these elements in the materials.

We conduct testing at independent third-party laboratories on all products on a regular basis to verify that our products are in compliance with applicable Federal and state regulations and standards for chemical composition.

Our products do not fall into the categories of materials that are identified in the recent AAP report on Food Additives and Child Health.

This policy only applies to products that have been purchased on Re-Play.com. Products purchased from retail outlets must be returned to the original place of purchase and are subject to the return policies of the retail outlets. Please refer to the retailer’s return policy for full return instructions.

• Items purchased on Re-Play.com can be returned within 30 days of purchase for a refund. We will not refund the original shipping fees.
• Return shipping fees are the responsibility of the consumer.
• Returned items must be new, unused, and in their original condition.
