Ingredients:
- 3 green onions, finely chopped
- 1/2 cup mayo
- 1/2 cup plain Greek yogurt
- 1/4 cup milk
- 1/2 tsp (heaping) dried parsley
- 1/2 tsp (heaping) dried dill
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 1/4 tsp onion powder
- 1/8 tsp salt
- 1/8 tsp pepper
- 2 tsp white vinegar
Preparation:
Combine all ingredients and mix well.
Allow to chill 1 hour prior to serving.
